Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Each Spirit Vibes piece is made to order with intention and created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this production model, we have a 30-day return window for eligible issues, outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: What We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit
  • Change of mind
  • Preference in feel, compression, or style
  • Ordering the wrong size

We strongly encourage reviewing the size guide carefully before purchasing, as each piece is made to order and fit may vary depending on body shape and preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a manufacturing issue

We will review the issue and make it right.

Manufacturing Size Errors (Rare Cases)

In rare cases, an item may arrive with a manufacturing or labeling error.

If you believe your item is incorrectly sized due to production error, we may require:

  • Clear photos of the item laid flat
  • Measurement proof (waist, hips, etc.)
  • Photos of the size tag

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will issue a replacement if applicable.

Return Shipping Locations

If your return is approved, you will be provided with the nearest return address based on your fulfillment region.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to get a different item is to:

    1. Return the original item (if eligible)
    2. Place a new order for the correct item

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

    If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
